HHC Zoom Fitness
Following the First Minister’s announcement this afternoon we are relaunching our Zoom fitness sessions for all men’s and ladies members.
Physical activity has been shown to have a strong and positive influence on mental wellbeing. Participation in regular physical activity can increase self-esteem and reduce stress and anxiety.
These sessions will run on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6pm - 7pm. Zoom details have been sent out by email/Slack.
